ADRC, is an outpatient service centre for management of chronic diseases like Diabetes,and its allied comorbid conditions like Hypertension, Dyslipidemia and Obesity. ADRC clinics were started by Dr.R.P.Rajesh, who is a Senior Consultant Diabetologist, in Chennai.

At present Aadhavvan Diabetes & Research Centre has two branches in Chennai, at Kodambakkam and Velachery. Aadhavvan Diabetes and Research Centre started functioning from the year 2009. ADRC is currently offering services like OP consultation for ailments like Diabetes, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, and also has a Diagnostic Laboratory and a Pharmacy attached to it.

Patients with Diabetes, can undergo a comprehensive Diabetes evaluation here, and they are also extensively educated about Diabetes, and also counseled in detail about the dietary modifications and exercise patterns, which they have to adopt to lead a healthy and happy life. Obstetrician and Gynecologist consultation is also available at our ADRC clinic in Kodambakkam. Dr. Usha Rajesh, is the Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist practicing here, and as well as in other corporate hospitals.

In addition to the routine OPD Consultation we provide, we also conduct Free 'Patient Education Programs' on Diabetes at our clinic, once a month, for all our patients, which will be a group discussion between Patients and the Doctor, where specific topics on Diabetes & other related medical conditions will be discussed by Dr.R.P.Rajesh and then all the general queries related to various aspects in managing Diabetes will be addressed by him. Regular Free Health Awareness Programs for the General Public is also periodically organized by our ADRC, both in the Urban areas as well as in the Rural areas.
